A friend of mine just told me he’s planning a Mexican-inspired Thanksgiving including roast turkey with spicy seasonings and sides, such as grilled corn, to go with it. Now I’m a traditionalist when it comes to Thanksgiving, but my family’s keen on switching things up this year, so I’m all in!
