Easing back into Routine
If you’ve checked your calendar lately, you’ve realized that Back-to-School is literally around the corner. But you already know that if you’ve heard a minute of radio or watched a moment of TV recently.
Knowing how much you have on your plate of late (excuse the pun), we wanted to give you an edge with some quick and easy meals to get you through the dinner crunch time. We already have many great Half Hour until Devour recipes, but we always welcome more choices!
So since you don’t have two moments to spare, we’ll jump right into introducing our Canadian blogger friends’ newest offering for recipes ready in 30 minutes or less.
First up we have Turkey Jhalfrezi from Michelle Peters-Jones of The Tiffin Box. Michelle always gives us unique offerings that are exciting to try! And for your information, it’s pronounced ‘chahl-freezi’. Thanks Michelle!
Next an intriguing re-invention from Charmian Christie, The Messy Baker: Turkey Saltimbocca. Impress the family and your guests as well, in very short order.
Jeanine Friesen of The Baking Beauties is a master of gluten-free cooking, lucky for us. But this recipe is ideal for everyone to enjoy a quick meal as a family. Easy Turkey and Broccoli Stir-Fry also gets those all important vegetables into your kids when you’re not sure what they’re eating at lunch.
The kids will love Renee Kohlman’s (Sweet Sugarbean) Sweet and Smokey Turkey Sloppy Joes. Well in truth, we all will!
Another great stir-fry for the family, or for you and your guests on the weekend: Thai Green Curry Turkey Stir-Fry from Isabelle Boucher of Crumb: The Blog.
Finally, our Turkey Champion, Kelly Brisson, has crafted Middle Eastern Turkey Flatbreads for your enjoyment. This will definitely be a new taste experience using a spice blend that you can try on a number of occasions.
Hoping these selections ease you into the familiar routine of making weekday dinners with ease and great taste!
