TIP: Make sure the patties are pressed thin and the BBQ is smoking hot. They will cook quickly and have a great Flame broiled flavour with a Smash burger texture. We smoked our patties on the grill with our signature Beer Bark smoke blend (optional).
- Mix Ground Turkey and The Missing Link Spice. Form into 2oz. patties (total of 8) and flatten with a plate (between squares of wax paper).
- Sautee onion and fennel in a medium size saucepan until lightly caramelized and deglaze with Blueberry Merlot Steak Sauce before removing from heat.
- Grill Burgers and Back Bacon until Cooked through.
- Assemble Burgers with remainder of ingredients and eat!
