Burger:
  1. Combine couscous and water; let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Mix with turkey, lemon juice and seasonings until well combined. Shape lightly into 4 patties.
  3. Grill or broil about 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside. Serve on toasted bun halves and top with salsa or serve on lettuce and top with a tomato slice.
Fruit Salsa:
  1. In a glass bowl combine all ingredients.
  2. Let stand at least 30 minutes or chill up to 1 day for fresh fruit or 1 week for canned fruit.
