Cook Time: 15 mins
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan to medium-high and sauté sausage, onion and celery crumbling the sausage with a spoon as it cooks.
  2. Once the meat is browned add the tomatoes and allspice and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Add the green onion and lime juice and stir, then set aside.
  4. Serve in tacos topped with lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, cilantro and your favourite hot sauce.
