  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Take your turkey and pull out the neck and gobblers.
  3. Mix together your softened butter with the chopped herbs, garlic, salt and pepper until well combined.
  4. Rub the butter all over the turkey and under the skin as well.
  5. Once you have covered the turkey in herb butter you can stuff the turkey with all of the vegetables you desire.
  6. We used floss to tie the turkey legs together and then closed it up and put it into the oven.
  7. Baste the turkey every 30 minutes with the butter mixture and cook until it has an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
