Fry the four eggs to top each burger on the stovetop or BBQ side burner and set aside.
Turn BBQ to 450 degrees F to preheat.
Combine turkey, Worcestershire sauce, stale breadcrumbs, green onions, chopped parsley, ground cumin, salt and crushed garlic in a bowl and mix together thoroughly.
Take burger mixture and roll into four separate balls.
Lightly coat BBQ with sunflower oil to avoid sticking.
Place turkey burger mixture onto BBQ rack and firmly flatten patties to desired thickness with a metal spatula.
Grill for 6-7 minutes per side, flipping once with a metal spatula.
Remove burgers from grill and let rest for ten minutes. Burgers are done at 165o F.
Place potato buns on upper grill rack for 4 minutes, flipping once in the middle and remove from BBQ.
Place smashburgers on bun, top with fried egg and whatever condiments and additional ingredients desired. Enjoy!
