Cook your roast for 2.5 hours, then remove and rest for 10 minutes.
Slice into 1" steaks.
In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, cinnamon, olive oil, lime juice/zest, adobo, and garlic and mix well.
Coat each steak with the mixture, then cook on a medium/high grill for 4-5 minutes per side to achieve golden brown grill marks, then set aside.
Chop into 1/2" pieces for the tacos.
To serve, whip the avocado and lemon together with a pinch of salt, then spread on the bottom of each grilled tortilla. Top with the chopped turkey, grilled pineapple, finely chopped onions, and fresh cilantro. Serve with fresh limes.
