Feel free to experiment with different cheeses as toppings, and different kinds of bread.
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place slice of bread on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Place the turkey on top of bread.
  4. Place the avocado on top of the turkey.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 7 minutes or until cheese has melted.
