Why
Dark ale or lager
Brick Brewing Waterloo Dark
King Brewery Dark Lager
Amsterdam Nut Brown Ale

Sleeman Rousse Ale
Rickard’s Dark
With the root vegetables taking centre stage, we need a beer with some decent maltiness. A dark ale or lager would work well to bring out more sweetness and match the fuller flavour of the turkey thighs.
