Garnish each croque-monsieur with fried sage leaves.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Cook turkey bacon at medium-high heat, until golden crisp. Set aside.
On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, lay 4 slices of bread, then evenly distribute 1/3 cup of cheese. Add a slice of smoked turkey and a slice of bacon cut in two and, 1/3 cup of cheese. Top with a slice of bread.
Spread butter over the top of each croque-monsieur.
In a small bowl, mix remaining cheese with cream and pour over the 4 croque-monsieur.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
