Place turkey thighs and drumsticks in a resealable plastic bag.
In a bowl mix together yogurt, lemon, garam masala, garlic, ginger, dry ginger, cayenne chili, nutmeg, kasoori methi, salt and food colour until well combined.
Pour marinade over the turkey and seal the bag to close. Massage turkey ensuring every piece is coated in marinade. Marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours to overnight for maximum flavour.
Heat a grill to 350° F. Place turkey skin side down on the grill. Cook for 30-35 minutes, flipping once or twice, until slightly charred on the outside and cooked through to the middle. The internal temperature should read 165° F.
Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
