This hamburger stuffed with cheese and beer is the ultimate decadent meal. A great collaboration with Think Turkey and Budweiser beer! Trust me, you’ll want seconds…
Directions
In a bowl, put the ingredients for the mayonnaise, season generously with salt and pepper and mix well. Set aside in the refrigerator.
In a large bowl, put the ground turkey, the beer, the breadcrumbs, the Montreal steak seasoning and mix well. Form four balls and using your thumb, dig a big hole in the center to stuff with cheese. Close the hole with the meat and flatten to form four patties.
Preheat the barbecue to high heat, then reduce to medium heat. Oil the grids. Put the turkey patties on the BBQ and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the meat is cooked through.
Spread 1 to 2 Tbsp of sauce on the bottom and top bun and place a patty. Add a lettuce leaf and 2 pancetta chips, close with the top bread and secure with a long toothpick!
