TIP: Use up those leftovers! Extra veggies on hand? Add those to your egg cups. We love broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and even asparagus! Garlic or onion powder can really add a punch of flavour. To kick up the heat, add 2 tsp of hot sauce to the egg mixture. Turkey bacon can also be used in this recipe! Follow packet cooking instructions before adding to the egg mixture.
- Preheat your oven to 350F. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour egg and turkey mixture into pan.
- Bake the egg cups for 15-17 minutes, or until the eggs are no longer “runny” in the center.
