  1. Cook corn on grill over medium heat for 12 minutes until lightly charred (turn after 6 minutes).
  2. Cook 1 cup brown rice.
  3. Slice cooked turkey strips into 1/2 inch pieces.
  4. Cut tomatoes into halves.
  5. Halve avocado, then cut into slices.
  6. Shave corn off the cob.
  7. Mix spicy yogurt sauce ingredients in a bowl until blended.
  8. Add butter lettuce to the base of a bowl, then combine all ingredients and enjoy!
