1/2 cup (125 mL) grape tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
1 avocado, diced
2 hard or soft boiled eggs
1/4 cup (60 mL) cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup (60 mL) blue cheese (if you don't like blue cheese, feel free to substitute goat cheese)
2 cups (250 mL) packed baby spinach
3 tbsp (45 mL) ranch dressing, to serve
Makes two 1L mason jars.
Directions
Divide ingredients in half for the two jars and layer them one at a time starting with turkey and then the grape tomatoes, avocado, eggs, bacon, blue cheese and spinach.
Seal jar and keep in the fridge for no more than 2 days before eating.
When ready to eat, pour your desired amount of ranch dressing into the jar and shake until everything is combined.
