½ cup (125 mL) snap peas, cut into bite sized pieces
½ cup (125 mL) Frank’s Sweet Chili Sauce
¼ cup (60 mL) low sodium soy sauce
Garnish options: onion greens, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes
TIP: To make this dish gluten free, be sure that your soy sauce does not contain any gluten.
Directions
Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the red pepper, onions, carrot, and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 2 minutes before adding the turkey, broccoli, and snap peas.
Continue cooking until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 more minutes.
Add the Frank's Sweet Chili Sauce and the soy sauce and stir until everything is evenly coated with the sauce.
Serve over rice vermicelli or rice.
