If you’re avoiding dark meat because you think it’s laden with fat, you may be surprised to know that skinless turkey thighs are lean! As a bonus, thigh meat is an excellent source of niacin, vitamin B12, selenium, zinc and protein. So don’t pass it up, try it in soups, curried and slow-cooked.
